This is the disclosure required by Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It sits alongside our general Privacy Policy, which applies to everyone.
1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data processed
- Identity data: username, in game player name.
- Contact data: e-mail address for the website account and for the game account.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser user agent, login records, session and security logs.
- Process security and customer transaction data: verification requests, moderation records, support correspondence.
- Other: avatar, bio, signature, language preference, forum content, private messages.
3. Purposes of processing
Carrying out membership and community services; creating and running your account; verifying that a game account belongs to you and issuing the verified badge; publishing and moderating content; preventing spam, abuse, cheating and fraud; ensuring information security; responding to requests and complaints; and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
- Article 5(2)(c): processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract.
- Article 5(2)(ç): compliance with a legal obligation.
- Article 5(2)(e): establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
- Article 5(2)(f): legitimate interests of the controller, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
- Article 5(1): explicit consent, only where we ask for it, such as optional analytics.
5. Method of collection
Automatically and partly automatically, by electronic means, through the forms you fill in on this website, through your use of the site and the game, and through e-mails you send us.
6. Transfers
Within Türkiye: to our hosting and infrastructure providers, and to authorised public institutions where the law requires it, under Article 8.
Abroad: if our hosting, e-mail or content delivery providers are located outside Türkiye, transfers are made under Article 9, on the basis of your explicit consent or of the safeguards permitted by the Authority, such as an undertaking or standard contractual clauses. Current provider details are available on request.
7. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. The main periods are listed in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and ask that the correction be notified to those third parties,
- request deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing disappear, and ask that this be notified to those third parties,
- object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to exercise them
Send your request in Turkish or English, in writing and with information identifying you, in one of the ways set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- by e-mail to info@tradecapitalism.com from the address registered to your account,
- in writing to [ADDRESS],
- through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature or mobile signature, if you have one.
We reply free of charge and at the latest within 30 days. If the request requires an extra cost, the tariff set by the Authority may apply. If you are not satisfied with the answer, or receive none within 30 days, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of the answer and in any case within 60 days of your application.
