These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), the operator of Trade Capitalism and of this website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. Who may use the service
- You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services (16 in several EU countries), that age applies instead.
- If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of it.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, rented or transferred.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for everything that happens through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you think somebody else has access.
- You must give accurate information when you register and when you ask us to verify your game account.
- We may refuse a username that impersonates somebody else, is offensive, or looks like a staff account.
3. Rules of conduct
The community rules are part of these terms. In short: no harassment, no hate speech, no spam or advertising, no cheating, no exploiting bugs, no account or real money trading, no sharing of other people's personal data, no automated access, scraping or reverse engineering, and no attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you post: topics, replies, comments, images and profile pictures.
- By posting it you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to store, display, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence lasts as long as the content is on the site and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups.
- You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not infringe anybody else's rights.
- You may delete your content at any time. Some copies can stay in backups for a limited period.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, hide it pending review, lock topics, restrict features, suspend or close accounts when these terms or the community rules are broken, or when we are legally required to. Content from members who have not verified a game account is reviewed before it becomes public. Where it is reasonable to do so we tell you why, and you may appeal by writing to info@tradecapitalism.com.
6. The game, virtual items and payments
- The game is free to play. Progress, balance, prices and features can change at any time, including in ways that affect what you have built.
- In game currency and items have no value outside the game, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for money. What you receive is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game.
- Where paid items are offered, the price shown at the time of purchase applies. Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider under their own terms.
- Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because digital items are delivered immediately, you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. Statutory rights for faulty or undelivered content are not affected.
- If the service or a game world is permanently shut down, unused paid items may be lost. Where the law requires a refund in that situation, we will comply with it.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend it for maintenance, updates or security reasons, and we may discontinue features or the whole service. Where a shutdown is planned we will announce it on this website with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of in game progress or items, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time by writing to info@tradecapitalism.com. We may close or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or after a long period of inactivity, with notice where that is reasonable and possible.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you may close your account.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the district consumer arbitration committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court in their area. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
