It adds 100 to planting capacity per plot. It does not increase warehouse space.

No. It is a catalogue reference. Payment follows an accepted, completed rental offer; idle cars earn nothing.
Can I buy laboratory packages from the system?
No. Unlock a certificate and produce them from ingredients, or buy them from player market listings.
How many Export Offices can I open?
Only 1 across all cities. Each shelf has a base sales interval of 1 product every 4 minutes.
Do holding bonuses disappear in another city?
Eligible holding and residence bonuses persist across cities. City bonuses depend on your current city.
Are catalogue sales figures profit?
No. Real profit deducts stock or production costs, waste, taxes and staff expenses, with player bonuses calculated separately.
Can I carry my own cargo?
Yes, using your own truck with enough capacity. The shipping fee is refunded on delivery; there are no extra earnings or skill points.
