Formation and membership

Forming a holding costs $1,000,000, of which $750,000 becomes initial treasury capital. A player may found one holding and belong to two holdings in total.

A holding has at most seven members including the founder. Founders can set a minimum application rank. Applying costs a non-refundable $10,000 legal fee, even if the application is declined or withdrawn.

How investment contributions work

The founder sets a daily contribution of up to 3% of holding capital. For eligible members, it is processed on a 24-hour cycle by adding tax debt to the member and crediting the holding treasury, rather than taking personal cash.

Activity and outstanding-debt conditions affect contributions. They can stop for members inactive for two days or failing the debt conditions. Review this ongoing obligation as well as the benefits before joining.

Capacity and sales buildings

A Land Exploration Building costs $1,500,000 and adds 1,000 capacity per plot for members. A Factory Development Building costs $1,750,000 and adds 250 shared capacity per factory. Multiple buildings of these types are allowed.

The Business Development Centre costs $2,500,000 and grants +100% business sales speed, limited to one per holding. Eligible capacity and sales benefits add across memberships.

Brands, workshops, mines and helicopters

A Brand Centre grants +10% output and a marketplace brand identity for a selected product; its cost depends on the product. A Product Workshop costs $1,000,000 and reduces the selected factory product's production cost by 20%.

A Diamond Mine costs $2,500,000 and gives a 20% diamond discount on eligible shop purchases. A Holding Helicopter costs $5,000,000 and reduces flights to three minutes.

For the same product, only the strongest brand and workshop effects apply; duplicate effects from two holdings do not stack. The strongest diamond discount and shortest helicopter flight time apply.

Managing membership and leaving

The founder reviews applications, manages buildings and conditions, and can transfer leadership to an eligible member. Holding messages, announcements and records help members coordinate.

Leaving ends the benefits of that holding. Demolishing a building returns 50% of its cost to the holding treasury. Renaming a holding costs $250,000 from the treasury.
