Estimated net wealth includes cash, business tills, term-deposit principal, reference values for businesses and shelves, land, factory investments, eligible vehicles and inventory. Stock-exchange positions are valued at recorded cost in this calculation.
Tax debt and unpaid loan instalments are deducted. This figure is a common reference estimate, not the amount you could necessarily receive from selling everything immediately.
Valuation, inventory and wear
Ordinary inventory uses one tenth of the base product price, while basic inputs use their defined lower reference value. Warehouse stock, marketplace listings, goods in transit and eligible ongoing production enter the shared valuation.
Truck and dollar-car values decrease with remaining mileage, and home values decrease with remaining lifespan. Diamond cars are not added to dollar net wealth. Setting a high asking price on your own listing does not directly raise your capital.
Tracing bonuses in the stats screen
Stats separate base capacity, active items, holding benefits, homes, VIP, training and city effects. Capacity, output quantity, production speed and selling speed are different benefits.
Factory management levels and worker contributions can be inspected separately. Product-specific brand or workshop effects do not apply to every product; they are shown against the relevant product.
Which bonuses survive travel?
City benefits depend on your current city and change after travel. Holding benefits do not require you to be in a holding's city. Bonuses from actively occupied homes also remain when you leave their city.
The VIP percentage attached to an existing production batch can differ from the current percentage shown for a new batch. Check the ongoing-production section of the stats screen separately.
The top 50 and different measures of success
Tax paid, estimated net wealth and cash have separate leaderboards. Player rankings can be viewed globally, by city or by language, with the top 50 displayed.
Holdings rank by capital made up of their treasury and building costs. The tax rank on a profile does not have to match that player's position in the wealth leaderboard.
